How it works

Nine weekly one-to-one sessions, plus three to four hours of your own thinking in between each one. The pre-work is where you write down your reasoning, and you will have tools and frameworks to do this with.

I take five leaders at a time, because that's how many I can fully focus on. The next five start in October. Applications close September 28.

Own Your Strategy is a fit if:

  • ✓ You can feel where your organization needs to go, but haven't developed a strategy for how you'll get there.
  • ✓ You've been carrying the thinking mostly alone, and you're ready not to.
